Ring in the season with the Stillwater Chamber Singers Holiday Concert!
The concert will open with two choruses by W. A. Mozart from his Vesperse solemnes de confessore: "Dixit Dominus" (Psalm 110) and "Laudate Dominum" (Psalm 117). Since this is the 40th anniversary of this singing group, our concerts will include some favorite songs from our past repertoire that members of the group suggested. This concert will include carols, and the attendees will be invited to sing along on two numbers. It concludes with the Gospel Spiritual, "Go Where I Send Thee" arranged by Paul Caldwell and Sean Avery. Natasa Kaurin-Karaca from the music faculty of Oklahoma State University directs the volunteer singers, and Karen Miller is the piano accompanist. Admission is free. Donations are welcomed and appreciated.
